JBP MULTIPURPOSE ROOF PAINT

Formulated as a premium semi-gloss quality paint. Based on a 100% pure acrylic latex and incorporates the best weathering-fastness pigments. It provides long lasting protection against tropical weathering and particularly UV radiation. It confers outstanding properties such as excellent colour retention, excellent adhesion, without priming, resistance to block, scratch, moisture, alkali, fungi and algae low dirt pick up and when accumulates, is washable and self cleaning. With neither mercury nor lead added it is safe to end users and friendly environment. Even rain water falling down on roof tiles that is coated with this paint isn’t contaminated and is safe for consumption. It provides the same aesthetic appearance and durability as those of OEM system.
